Dr. Sanjay Gupta, CNN's chief medical correspondent who has been covering the epidemic from Mexico, is advocating the "el-bump," or bumping of elbows, as a greeting instead of handshakes or kisses to avoid infectious diseases.
But, as the "Letters in a bottle" blog put it:
"If you do this to me, I will cough on you. I promise."
